Switch your billing currency

When you create a workspace, Slack will detect your location and use this to determine your billing currency. We offer pricing and billing in U.S. dollars, British pounds, Euros, and Japanese yen.

Change your currency

If we're billing you in the wrong currency (based on those we offer), Workspace Owners should contact us. Our support team would be happy to help! 

If you're paying by invoice, you can switch to your local currency by getting in touch with your Account Executive. Any changes made to your workspace's billing currency will be reflected at the time of your next billing cycle.  

Tip: Workspace Owners can review changes and download statements from the History tab on your Billing page.
