Switch your billing currency

In addition to US Dollars, we offer pricing in some local currencies, including British Pound, Euro, and Japanese Yen. We are working to offer more local currencies as soon as we can. 


How currency is determined

Your billing currency is determined by your location, which is detected automatically when you create a workspace.

Change your currency

If you think you are being billed in the wrong currency based on those we offer, Workspace Owners can connect with our Support team — we'd be happy to help! 

Customers paying by invoice can ask to be switched to their local currency by getting in touch with their Account Executive.  

Note: Any changes made to your workspace's billing currency will be reflected at the time of your next billing cycle.

Tip: Workspace Owners can review billing changes and download billing statements from the History tab: my.slack.com/admin/billing/history.
