Manage your send button preference

By default, you send your messages by pressing Enter when you're ready. When you choose to add the send button, the way you use the enter key changes.

With the send button:

  • Press Enter to start a new line in the message field.
  • When you're ready, simply click the send button, or type CmdEnter on Mac (CtrlEnter on Windows) to send a message.


Update your send button preference

  1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the top left.
  2. Select Preferences from the menu.
  3. Choose Advanced
  4. Check the box next to Show send button
