The Primary Owner of a workspace or an organization has the highest level of permissions in Slack. You automatically become the Primary Owner when you create a new workspace or organization, but you can transfer ownership to another person if you'd like.
Slack Enterprise Grid Org Primary Owners hold the keys to the entire organization, including all of the individual workspaces connected to it. They can change an Org Owners role, remove access to the organization's Admin Dashboard.
Use caution: Once you transfer ownership to another person, the change is immediate and you will not be able to undo the action (but they can transfer it back to you).
