Get help signing in to Slack

We’re sorry you’re having a hard time signing in to your workspace. Here are some steps you can try:

  • Make sure you actually have a personal account on the Slack workspace. If not, you might still need to join the workspace and get your account set up.
  • Double-check your email address. If you have different addresses for personal or work email, make sure you're using the right one.
  • Check with IT about your email management software. We recommend asking IT to add no-reply@slack.com and feedback@slack.com to your email whitelist.
