Keep in mind that changing this setting will update the default calling app for all members of your workspace.
From your desktop, click your workspace name in the top left.
Select Administration, then Settings & permissions from the menu.
Next to Calls, click Expand.
Make sure the box next to Enable calling in Slack is checked.
Select your preferred app. If it isn't listed, make sure it's installed for your workspace (see Step 1 above).
💡 You can find a list of alternative calling apps in this article: Voice, video & screen sharing apps. Keep in mind, choosing another third-party calling app may require you to create an account with that app.

Workspace Owners/Admins and Org Owners/Admins can use this feature.
