Workspace Owners and Admins can manage the roles and permissions of other members on their team.
Who can manage roles
Primary Owners can promote and demote Owners and Admins. You cannot promote someone to be a Primary Owner, however, you can transfer ownership of a workspace. Read how to transfer primary ownership of your workspace for details.
Owners can promote members to Owner and Admin. They can demote an Admin, but cannot demote another Owner.
Admins can promote other members to Admin, but cannot demote Owners and other Admins.
Warning: Use care when promoting other members. Depending on your role, you may not be able to demote them afterward.
Promote an Owner or Admin
Click your workspace name in the top left to open the menu.
Select Administration, then Manage members.
Click the arrownext to the team member you'd like to promote.
Select Make an Admin or Make an Owner.

If you need to demote a member, follow the steps above and click Remove Ownership or Remove Admin Privileges.
