Delete your files

Members and Guests can delete files that you have added to Slack once they are no longer relevant to the work you're doing. Owners and admins can delete files by deleting the original message that contains the file. If you're hitting a file storage limit, read more about message and storage limits on the Free plan.

Note: We're afraid it's not possible to bulk delete files. We know that your business data is important to you — that's why we offer API methods to help you manage them.
