Make email addresses private

Members can find each others' email addresses in their profiles. Owners and Admins can change this setting to keep email addresses hidden from view.


Show or hide email addresses

  1. From your desktop, click your workspace name in the top left.
  2. Select Administration, then Workspace settings from the menu.
  3. Next to Email Display, click Expand.
  4. Check or uncheck the box to Display email addresses.  
  5. Click Save.

Note: If you don’t set your username it will default to the prefix from your email address.

Who can use this feature?
  • Workspace Owners and Admins
  • Free, Standard, and Plus plans
