Manage apps on Enterprise Grid

From the Admin Dashboard, Org Owners and Admins can manage how workspaces within an Enterprise Grid org use apps and integrations:

  • Manage installed apps across the org
  • Review app permissions


Manage all installed apps

View all installed apps

You can see which apps are installed across workspaces in your org.

  1. Click your workspace name in the top left to open the menu.Team_Menu.png
  2. Select Administration from the menu, then Manage Organization.
  3. Click Organization on the Admin Dashboard.
  4. Click Apps from the menu, then select the Installed apps tab.
  5. Click on an app's name to view details.

Review details about installed apps

Review details like when an individual app was installed, who installed it, and who manages the workspace.   

  1. Click your workspace name in the top left to open the menu.Team_Menu.png
  2. Select Administration from the menu, then Manage Organization.
  3. Click Organization on the Admin Dashboard.
  4. Click Apps from the menu, then select the Installed apps tab.
  5. Click on an app's name, then click the Installations, Permissions, and App Details tabs to view more info.


View a workspace's apps

You can see which apps individual workspaces in your org have installed. 

  1. Click your workspace name in the top left to open the menu.Team_Menu.png
  2. Select Administration from the menu, then Manage Organization.
  3. Click Organization on the Admin Dashboard.
  4. Click Workspaces from the menu, then select the Apps tab.
  5. Click on an app's name to view details or click the  three dots icon to open the App Directory.
Who can use this feature?
  • Org Owners and Org Admins can access this feature.
  • Available on the Slack Enterprise Grid plan.
