Make it easier for your project team to work together with more transparency. Setting up a channel for your project will keep everyone in the loop, without the email and meeting overload.

Step 1 - Create a channel for the new project

Step 2 - Pin important messages and files to the channel

    🎨  Designs  
    ✅  Requirements
  • Don't forget to add a description to the channel so everyone visiting the channel understands what it is for.

Step 3 - Connect your project management tools to Slack

  • If your team uses file sharing apps like Dropbox, Box or Google Drive, be sure to connect those apps to your Slack workspace.
  • Take a look in the app directory and see if you can connect your project management software to the new project channel.
