Delete a member's profile from a workspace

Workspace Primary Owners and Org Primary Owners can contact Slack and request to remove members' personal data from Slack. The ability to delete a person’s personal information allows companies to meet the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

A note for members: If you'd like to delete your personal information from a workspace, learn how to submit a request to the Primary Owner.

Contact Slack

Slack will only delete member profile information at the request of a Primary Owner. If that's you, and you've been asked to delete a member's profile, send us a note. Make sure to include the member's full name, email address, and your workspace URL.

With your permission, we'll remove the member's name, email address, and other unique identifiers from your workspace.
